DEMAK TECHNOLOGIES
Technology shaped around your product
The right production solution starts with product geometry, material, layer structure and target output. At DEMAK, we evaluate options from extrusion heads and motion control to operator interfaces and downstream automation around the needs of your project.
3DX — Deformable Die
The 3DX system controls the parison wall thickness profile to support more balanced material distribution. Profile settings matched to the product geometry help reduce unnecessarily thick areas, optimise HDPE usage and improve cooling time.
Balanced wall thickness · Material optimisation · Cycle time improvement
Results depend on the product, material and process settings.
Extrusion heads and multilayer structures
We offer extrusion head solutions for up to 7 layers. Head and extrusion configurations are defined according to single-layer or multilayer production requirements. Co-extrusion options are evaluated against the material and layer requirements of the packaging.
For multi-head production, product dimensions, mould layout and target output are considered together. The number of heads and machine model are selected to suit the product.
Co-Ex, De-Co and Re-Co solutions
The N₂-LINE CoEX family offers head solutions for Co-Ex, De-Co and Re-Co production requirements. Layer structure, material distribution and machine selection are evaluated according to the product requirements.
Accumulator heads and product-specific options
IND-LINE accumulator head machines are configured around the intended product group. Needle blowing, stretching, and parison skirt opening and closing options are evaluated according to the product and mould requirements.
Speed–pressure control and robotic take-out
The COMPACT-LINE family offers proportional speed–pressure control, parison control and robotic product take-out options. Product removal and downstream operations are planned around the production flow.
Servo-controlled motion
In e-LINE all-electric machines, servo-controlled movements accurately follow programmed settings. Machine configuration is defined by assessing the product, mould and production requirements together.
Torque motor extrusion
The e-LINE torque motor-driven extruder delivers constant torque even at low speeds, supporting efficient extrusion. Extrusion system selection takes both material and production requirements into account.
Operator interface and process monitoring
The 21.5-inch HMI offered for e-LINE, with touchpad and parison control, supports the management of production settings. Air, water and die pressures, electricity consumption and production statistics can be monitored through the panel.
Downstream automation
Depending on the project, downstream operations such as leak testing, neck trimming and product finishing can be integrated into the production line. Automation is evaluated according to the requirements for filling or subsequent processing.
Define the options for your project
Share a product drawing or sample, material and layer requirements, target output and automation needs. We can evaluate machine, head and control options together.
Availability of technologies and options depends on the selected machine model and project configuration.
